Pros

They promote people regularly, give bonuses, help employees with training, grant time off in case of emergency, health/family issues, extremey compassionate and caring, great coverage and benefits. It's a blessing to work for them.

Cons

Employees reign and HR and management let them very often do what they want. They confuse abuse of power/seniority with loalty.

They had plent of projects for me be working on to help improve their Salesforce system.

Cons

It was tough for me to get clear communication, but I was also a contract worker. They seem to do a better job at interacting with people within the company.

Pros

Regal talks about an Amazing Culture and Christian Values which was one of the key reasons I applied.

Cons

The Human Resources team is TERRIBLE. They Lie about call backs, Do not return Calls. Do not email. Everything they say is a complete Lie. This is as far from Christian as I have seen. Very dissapointed in the system.
