Clients with intellectual disabilities were endearing. Enjoyed helping them do simple things that brought them pleasure

Cons

Not enough support from administration. Very bureaucratic and disorganized. Long-term staff seemed burned out and while most were very caring, there wasn't a lot of interest in really helping clients grow and learn--just interested in doing the basics.
