The Board puts their money where their mouth is. They say they really care about employees and my wallet/quality of living reflects this. Since starting at Region 10 almost 9 years ago my salary has increased by 90%.

Cons

Stress level is high working in community mental health and at times resources are scarce. Work pace is very fast and ever-changing.
