      If you love trauma this is the place to be

      They bank on you loving trauma to give the lowest pay out of all area hospitals. They no longer require you to be experienced to work in the most critical unit in a 200 mile radius.

      Pros

      Working here, you will learn a lot. We saw all types of patients with all sorts of conditions.

      · Leadership frequently changes expectations after the fact, making it nearly impossible to meet goals · Managers provide contradictory instructions and later demand "completed" work without acknowledging prior direction · Minimal support is provided despite claims to the contrary, extra staffing is announced but never materializes · Communication is one-sided; when you present documented facts, leadership shuts down discussion rather than engaging · Retaliatory behavior appears to increase after employees submit their resignation
