      Pros

      Coworkers are the only thing that make it bearable.

      Cons

      Management is extremely unprofessional. When concerns are voiced they are not acknowledged. Frequently put in positions where you are asked to work outside your scope of practice with little to no regard to the safety of what's being asked or protecting the license of the employee. Poor communication. Inconsistent and at times hostile work environment.

      Pros

      Working here, you will learn a lot. We saw all types of patients with all sorts of conditions.

      Cons

      · Leadership frequently changes expectations after the fact, making it nearly impossible to meet goals · Managers provide contradictory instructions and later demand "completed" work without acknowledging prior direction · Minimal support is provided despite claims to the contrary, extra staffing is announced but never materializes · Communication is one-sided; when you present documented facts, leadership shuts down discussion rather than engaging · Retaliatory behavior appears to increase after employees submit their resignation
