The pay was okay, a little higher than other hospitals. Great opportunity to serve for variety of people especially people below the poverty line.

Cons

PTOs are used for Holidays as well. Sick days can only be used if its life threatening situation. Poor management.

Working here, you will learn a lot. We saw all types of patients with all sorts of conditions.

Cons

· Leadership frequently changes expectations after the fact, making it nearly impossible to meet goals · Managers provide contradictory instructions and later demand "completed" work without acknowledging prior direction · Minimal support is provided despite claims to the contrary, extra staffing is announced but never materializes · Communication is one-sided; when you present documented facts, leadership shuts down discussion rather than engaging · Retaliatory behavior appears to increase after employees submit their resignation
