Cons
*Based on the vertical, mid-level management could be toxic. *Some senior managers and directors are passive aggressive. * OKRs are set in stone. Hard to change them even when customers and focus moved on to other things. *Mid level managers are so afraid to change dates to avoid the confrontation in management meetings. *Some teams stretched so thin that people don't want to take vacation coz that will put so much burden on remaining team members.
