Pros

Started with excitement initially, and slowly saw through the smoke and Mirrors mostly. Just one big proposal shop policed by admins and HR to check off the right boxes, its all about money at the end of the day at Reli Group. HR and benefits suck, CEO/owner is soft spoken and miserly in his meetings, he overworks people, and his upper management doesn't complain because they get a nice commission structure in place. Not a good place to be!

Cons

Compared to other previous employers and listening to other friends at various places, I slowly realized its not a good place to be, people complain about the constant proposals shop. Mainly about money at the end of the day at Reli Group, often blame the clients and customer. The good talent doesn't stay (they leave!), only the lazy and management hang around. HR is clueless often rude, health benefits are pretty bad. Work atmosphere don't allow for a healthy work life balance. Hard work is rewarded with more hard work, more and more work keeps piling on top. The company's image outside fools people, and soft spoken CEO/owner cares about the bottom line dollar that goes in his pocket. My recommendation is keep looking elsewhere, there are many opportunities in this market, I would first start with that before getting stuck in a place like this.
