      Leaves Employees Out On A Limb

      Pros

      Not a lot of oversight. Which is fantastic if you are good at what you do.

      Cons

      So many times I saw them fire people because of a difficult client - had some minor issue. Leadership is toxic and lacks courage. HR is weaponized. If you need the money - CYA.

      In a word— stay away, place has gone to shambles

      Zero, zilch, zip, none, nada

      Cons

      * HR Leader has the best interest of staff as his lowest priority; a true mgt yes man. * Constant reimagining and restructuring what they want to be pretty much yearly * No real idea of how to be competitive after graduating * Preaches core values but it’s lip service * Cover-ups, problems swept under the rug * Burnout staff at all costs * Unreasonable BD/growth expectations for staff already 100% allocated on delivery * No true career growth trajectory * The best staff often capped salary-wise
