Pros

The CEO is a very ethical person and obviously cares about helping people through RELI's work. The company is flexible about work from home. The company in general is starting to move in the right direction in terms of appropriate staffing, company events/recognition.

Cons

There is little to no work/life balance at RELI. Numerous employees I have worked with seem incredibly overworked and drained. Coworkers who formerly seemed to love their jobs appear exhausted on camera. Many teams are expected to work nights, weekends, holidays - all because upper management cannot be realistic about the amount of proposals and projects the company takes on. Additionally, my interactions with the HR team have been difficult, and I have been met with unprofessional, often rude responses from HR management. It is difficult to work at a company where you feel you cannot turn to the HR Manager.
