Pros
Company has grown quickly and allows their employees to grow and learn new skill sets. Offers good benefits for certification reimbursement. Owner really cares about the employees and their well being. Company put on in-person events pre-covid to show appreciation to employees and their families and has planned more for upcoming seasons. They seem to do a lot of different type of work as well so if you're interested in moving around careers and not getting stuck with a company that just does one thing this is a good company.
Cons
Work/life balance got lost during covid and when a company grows as quickly as they did. Leadership is trying to address it and needs to continue to listen to its employees. HR leadership struggles with basic communication skills. Benefit enrollment is messy and confusing every year.
