Pay and benefits were great.

Cons

Very limited growth internally and very quick to outsource every aspect of your job. No trust from management with a very micromanagement mentality. Not open to new ideas and monthly reviews are just a formality. Team was pretty good however in my short time in this department, the turnover was very high. Then eventually fully outsourced. Reli lost its family/inclusive touch over the years
