Pros
My time with RELI so far has been solid. The opportunity to work remotely and to be part of significant federal grants is a big perk. There is never an unbearably large workload that can't be negotiated or re-distributed.
Cons
It is difficult to decipher expectations and maintain utilization when there is next to no communication between the two contracting teams' leadership. The benefits aren't great and the pay is a little above average.
