RELI group used to be a good company to work for but they have went WAY down hill the last few years. Now they are racist, sexist, and greedy. The owner and now CEO only cares about the bottom line. They do not care about the individual people that work there whatsoever. Not only is their HR incompetent but most of the leadership team has been replaced of left willingly. The fact that they openly allow racist remarks to employees and don’t do anything about it speaks for itself. I’m ashamed to have even worked for this company. Advice to any person looking for employment, PLEASE consider somewhere else.
