Pros

Friendly, collaborative atmosphere. Very professional and collegial working environment. Remote work opportunities and flexible work schedule.

Cons

Siloed company, only expect to interact with your team. Your continued employment depends on the health of the contract that you were hired for. The benefits are not very good. Overpriced healthcare insurance that does not cover much. Employees slowly accrue PTO and there's a maximum of 17.5 days to be accrued over the year. I would not work there again because of the poor benefits.
