Pros
Management knows that happy employees work harder, and allow you to enjoy yourselves around the office, as long as all your work is completed by the end of the day. Ample upward mobility, and management discusses this with you regularly - your goals, what they see you doing, what you need to improve upon, etc. Conversations concerning improvement are handled extremely well, and in a manner that doesn't leave you wondering if you're going to loose your job if the issue isn't fixed in five minutes.
Cons
Senior Management was more curt and rude in their interactions with some employees, but generally welcoming and involved. I felt comfortable to approach the owners with questions.
