1. Sales leadership is out of their depth. Incapable of working by the core values of the company. Struggling to implement the basic requirements of sales leadership ie. Segmenting the customer base with clear Rules of Engagement. Sweeping changes every quarter with zero transparency. 2. Internal communication needs work.
