- Lack of recognition from management, promotions are not granted based on actual performance and results. - No work/life balance. Even though you reached 100% of your capacity, the workload never stops increasing, making you work late at nights, on weekends and on public holidays, without any additional compensation. - lots of turnover because of the lack of support from management and the always increasing workload. People are pressured to the point they burn out. - There are huge discrepancies in terms of compensention and recognition between internal teams and between team members with the same job title. - No ownership from different internal teams. Everyone pushes back at others because they don't want to see their workload increase. - No support from Management. They never push back at requests from customers, even when they are not legally acceptable. We are requested to do whatever it takes to please customers. - 1to1s are useless because there are never any improvements following the feedbacks shared. - We are entitled to unlimited PTO we can never enjoy because of the workload and pressure put on us. - Benefits are not advantageous. Remote doesn't even offer the minimum standard benefits according to the country they hire in and don't take the time to review that in order to make the countries more competitive.
