Pros
A culture based on Organizational Health leading to high performance. That means:
In this Patrick’s Lencioni book, the two key requirements for
the organization’s success is
a) Smart + b) Healthy.
Smart is: strategy, marketing, finance and technology. These are easier to quantify and
deal with and these “decision sciences” are taught in business schools.
Healthy is: minimal politics, minimal confusion, high morale, high productivity, and low turnover among good people.
Thus being “smart” is only half of the equation…
As Peter Drucker said, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast."
Cons
As with any fast growing company change happens fast and there are challenges with evolving to serve the needs of the organization and the clients. It is not for everyone, but there a many employees that have been with the company since the early days.
