Pros

ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE SINGLE THING!

Cons

At first glance, company entices you by promising a great work environment. This only happens if you conform to the Cult Like Behavior and do exactly as the owner says and don’t voice opinions. They will tell you they want your feedback but they really don’t. Be very careful working for this place. If you are over 40 and anything other than a white male you need not apply. This company just fired a trans-gender woman, a married gay woman and an African American Immigrant( all females) over the age of 40. They do not give annual raises, they do not promote they hire outside of the organization and the annual bonus is a fish tail. The only good thing they offer is unlimited PTO and 100% paid EAP, which you will need if you work here. The non compete is a joke, however, if you choose to accept a position with this “Corporate Cult” make sure you read this in its entirety prior to signing. They will also tell you that your able to work from home, however, that’s also a joke. These people are dishonest, not only with the employees that work there but also with the clients. If you are committed to being a horrible person and have no moral compass or any ethical behavior within yourself you will fit in here nicely.

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear you feel this way and would encourage you to speak with your supervisor or me (People Engagement Director) to address specific concerns. We agree that our culture and commitment to organizational health (read: no politics!) isn't for everyone and hope that, should you choose to leave, you find a company whose culture better aligns with your preferences. We do want to state that our employment decisions are based solely on the professional merit and demonstrated behaviors of a given individual versus, as you alluded to, an individual's sexual orientation or gender. Over 80% of our employee population identifies as female (including our President/CEO who does, as it turns out, have an IQ higher than 70). We hope you're able to hit your stride with the company or, barring that, that you find a better match elsewhere.

We take constructive criticism openly and seriously, as we can always improve as a business and as individuals. Obviously, it is unfortunate that someone had such a negative experience. We can't speak to when this person worked here or why they had the experience they did, but we can share our 2022 results. In 2022, we helped more clients and members than any year in our 20-year history. We welcomed new partners and some of our largest ever clients, even as we expanded existing relationships and partnerships. We now serve nearly 400 self-insured health plans and 600,000 members with our Care Management and Cost Containment solutions. We exceeded each of 2022 budget metrics of new members, Revenue and EBITDA each by more than 20%. As a result, our team collectively earned more than 100% of budgeted bonuses and earned merit increases at a time when companies are downsizing and letting people go. We launched two new products which were backed by two newly created teams. Our unintentional turnover for 2022 was less than 10%, well below the national average of 27.7% for RNs and 35.5% for CNAs, as reported in the 2022 NSI National Health Care Retention and RN Staffing Report. Our executive team has an average of 20 years of executive leadership experience. We communicate our annual, quarterly, and monthly performance to the entire company in open meetings for transparency. Working from our annual initiatives, every department has rolling quarterly objectives which then get translated to individual objectives for each of our teammates. Everyone knows the plan in advance and has a clear understanding of how company, department and individual success is defined. While we can't say that we don't ever deviate from plan, or that it works flawlessly 100% of the time, we do think our approach provides for both clarity and focus. We express our culture as being Hungry (accept ownership and accountability for making an impact), Humble (listen first and know that good ideas come from anyone and anywhere) and Smart (master the skills and knowledge to be the expert in your role). That culture sets our behavioral expectations for all levels within the company and supports our for-purpose business well. We couldn't be prouder of the team we have, the help they provide our clients and their members, and the business results they have achieved.

Good company gone bad

Pros

Most of the people are great! I created amazing, lifelong friendships . The clients are great too.

Cons

If you talk to 10 people who have worked here in the past, at least 8 will have a very negative opinion. I think that says a lot about a company, especially when you’re small and not a name that anyone knows. I’ve had many jobs in the past and have only great things to say about those organizations. I wish I could say the same about Renalogic. I enjoy that I never signed a non disparagement agreement since I understand I might be asked to provide valuable proof and other information, to help others who have had very bad experiences. Always happy to help!

Hello, We expect people to demonstrate Hungry, Humble, and Smart and to embrace organizational health and, unfortunately, we have had employees who weren't able to do that over the last few years and were therefore released. That being said, our employee population remains over 80% female and represent (nearly) every race. I was saddened to read that you believe we aren't aware of, or abide by, the law. In reality, following the letter of the law is the lowest bar for us. We believe, and do our best to adopt and follow practices that not only meet the legal requirements but greatly exceed that standard. Best, People Engagement P.S. We were established in 2002 with a 1% turnover rate which is exceptionally low.
