Pros
Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Health are not just buzzwords, but literally part of the living, breathing culture that provides the healthiest work environment I have ever been a part of in my 30 years of employment.
Human Resources is known as "People Engagement". I think that speaks volumes by itself. Every single person I have made contact with on the team has literally been all about us as PEOPLE and not just cogs in the machine. They care about our physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being and their actions speak even louder than their words.
Being able to improve other human beings lives just be existing as a company makes every day a rewarding experience where I can feel fulfilled that I am impacting the world in a positive way.
For me, a permanent work from home situation is ideal. Sure, I may occasionally miss out on having the in-person interaction of a normal office job, but the pro's of not having to deal with driving in traffic, going to work in workout clothes, and being able to eat my own food for every meal throughout the day is incredible.
Cons
While I personally love it, work from home is not for everyone.
