We take constructive criticism openly and seriously, as we can always improve as a business and as individuals. Obviously, it is unfortunate that someone had such a negative experience. We can't speak to when this person worked here or why they had the experience they did, but we can share our 2022 results. In 2022, we helped more clients and members than any year in our 20-year history. We welcomed new partners and some of our largest ever clients, even as we expanded existing relationships and partnerships. We now serve nearly 400 self-insured health plans and 600,000 members with our Care Management and Cost Containment solutions. We exceeded each of 2022 budget metrics of new members, Revenue and EBITDA each by more than 20%. As a result, our team collectively earned more than 100% of budgeted bonuses and earned merit increases at a time when companies are downsizing and letting people go. We launched two new products which were backed by two newly created teams. Our unintentional turnover for 2022 was less than 10%, well below the national average of 27.7% for RNs and 35.5% for CNAs, as reported in the 2022 NSI National Health Care Retention and RN Staffing Report. Our executive team has an average of 20 years of executive leadership experience. We communicate our annual, quarterly, and monthly performance to the entire company in open meetings for transparency. Working from our annual initiatives, every department has rolling quarterly objectives which then get translated to individual objectives for each of our teammates. Everyone knows the plan in advance and has a clear understanding of how company, department and individual success is defined. While we can't say that we don't ever deviate from plan, or that it works flawlessly 100% of the time, we do think our approach provides for both clarity and focus. We express our culture as being Hungry (accept ownership and accountability for making an impact), Humble (listen first and know that good ideas come from anyone and anywhere) and Smart (master the skills and knowledge to be the expert in your role). That culture sets our behavioral expectations for all levels within the company and supports our for-purpose business well. We couldn't be prouder of the team we have, the help they provide our clients and their members, and the business results they have achieved.

Pros

This is a great group of people each working towards a great mission. Our top leadership is transparent and compassionate, which sadly isn't so easy to find in corporate settings. And working for a small company means you get to wear more hats, so it's a great place to broaden your professional skills.

Cons

We built a lot in-house from the ground up, which means some teams work with manual processes and sometimes older systems. Things are being improved though, and leadership prioritizes the employee's voice to find creative solutions. Vertical growth is more limited than what you see at larger companies, but the company finds ways to foster learning, especially through horizontal growth. Everyone works from home which can pose challenges when navigating bigger changes, but we also have monthly company meetings and an annual company summit to help stay connected.

Pros

Renalogic is all about the amazing people throughout the US, who truly care about making a difference in our dysfunctional healthcare system. Best of all, they make members and clients realize ' a better, different way' when they work with Renalogic.

Cons

We're remote so more in-person time would be great. We have an annual employee event so that helps.
