Pros
Been around the block and seen the good and the bad. I have worked for huge multinationals to 10 person family owned businesses. I don't know a company who cares more about their employees than RenewAire. The shop is air conditioned for the comfort of all employees, a crazy good 401k match fully vested from day one, and they actually give a real profit sharing bonus at end of the year. But business aside the president knows everyone's name, and wife and kids names and walks the floor/meets with employees daily and has a cube not an office. Executive staff works to enhance development of all their people and make resources available. No primadonnas here, they work in teams not heirarchy's. Sure, Anytime you get 80 people together issues can arise, and I have never seen a more proactive and accomidating human resourse department who strive to make things right for all. Always an open door and a sincere desire to help. The best compliment I can give is I had recruited and referred friends, family and former coworkers to apply here without reservation. I can't speak for others experiences, but the current head of sales and marketing is a creative and highly skilled man driven by consensus and far from a micro manager. And I have NEVER heard him insult anyone. I have never heard him say a disparaging word about a competitor! Come to think of it that goes for all department heads. Perhaps this is in reaction to a previous occupant of that position.
Cons
growing pains, due to remarkable product demand
