Pros
one of the major pros is now they have gotten rid of the one guy that made the place unbearable. The job is pretty easy and laid back, you do sweat sometimes but its only because it gets hot in the place not from the amount of work. Usually you will have a fan pointing at your area. Its not fast paced but you have kind of a soft quota that is a good Idea to keep up but isn't enforced until it's noticeable that you clearly don't care. You get to go out during lunch for 30 minutes and everything is within 5-10 minutes away from the place of work. The pay is non negotiable unless you threaten them with leaving starting around 10$ an hour for assemblers any job higher than that 15$+
Cons
I was originally trained when they had a horrible supervisor, I have heard good things about the new one. Like any other company this one was functioning off of rumor, meaning the higher ups harbor resentment towards you but wont let you know or tell you how to set things straight. They have kinda put overtime on the back burner but they have been working it some just not ongoing.
