Pros

Mandatory overtime (48+hr work week) makes for a good paycheck for an entry level position and there is health benefits.

Cons

Management can be clueless and unethical. They treat customers like they're stupid trying to sell them used merchandise in bad condition for outrageous prices. Employees have sick/personal/vacation days but due to under staffing you rarely get to use them.
