The diversity of students represented on the RTC campus makes this a very rewarding teaching experience.

Cons

Administrative support and culture of belonging is non-existent. Faculty are required to do whatever it takes to run programs and recruit students.

Team members who care work very hard and are very supportive. Work is social good and you make a very positive impact on students. Looks good on your resume when you leave or get fired.

Cons

Senior administration compound problems into crises. Senior admin actions encourage infighting and siloing between departments. Huge swathes of staff and faculty, including tenured faculty, are fired every few years. Union support is nonexistent. Taking extended leave will get you fired.
