      A Stepping Stone to A Better Employer

      Pros

      Team members who care work very hard and are very supportive. Work is social good and you make a very positive impact on students. Looks good on your resume when you leave or get fired.

      Cons

      Senior administration compound problems into crises. Senior admin actions encourage infighting and siloing between departments. Huge swathes of staff and faculty, including tenured faculty, are fired every few years. Union support is nonexistent. Taking extended leave will get you fired.

      Pros

      Student focused, good programs, friendly environment.

      Cons

      Lack of knowledge coming from the registrars office. Too many leads trying to be the big shot and not enough people to put in the time and effort it takes to be the gem this college used to be.
