- Extremely collaborative culture across levels and teams; everyone is very open, friendly and always ready to contribute to new ideas and initiatives. - Opportunities to grow with the business as it evolves and needs different skillsets and capabilities. - Very flexible on where you work from and how you work. - Leadership encourages you to take time off (unlimited PTO), and also encourages you to maintain work/life balance. - Highly relevant and thoughtful company benefits, e.g. health insurance and work from home stipend.

- Being a startup environment, there is sometimes change in company structure and refinement of goals, but this is expected and is a normal part of a growing business
