Pros

I've been with the company for a few months now and I've been incredibly happy with my transition from my old job. There are a few pros that come to mind that I believe set Reonomy apart: -compensation and benefits are really competitive for NYC as well as a high-growth company. You often hear horror stories about smaller companies severely underpaying their staff, especially more junior employees - that is not the case here. -leadership is incredible. In light of some less-than-stellar company reviews and departures, leadership took time to address the issues and communicate the roadmap for moving forward. It's clear that the executive group knows what it's doing and where the company is going. -thorough hiring process to ensure new hires are positive and qualified additions to the team -lots of opportunities for growth. Internal promotions and role changes are highlighted and conversations about mobility within the organization are encouraged. Job leveling is clear and paths for promotions are easy to understand. -overall, very dynamic, smart, hardworking and humble group of people. There's been a lot of changes with company direction and business model in the last few years, and the employees who have seen the company through this transition are some of the grittiest and down-to-earth people I've ever worked with. -company is poised for a fantastic post-COVID boom given demand for commercial real estate data and the current marketplace

Cons

-connecting with new hires given the remote COVID environment has been a little difficult - this is no fault of the company, just an issue across the board for all companies -traditional growing pains of a high-growth company. Not quite a startup, but definitely not a super established enterprise/corporate business model. -relationship between sales teams isn't very defined (enterprise vs mid-market) - can be hard to differentiate which team is responsible for what -relatively quick ramp/training time. Most likely given the fact it's a smaller firm, so all-hands-on-deck mentality, but a couple more weeks of training would have been very helpful moving forward.
