People are all extremely talented. The company is great at hiring right.
The problems are unique and interesting. Theyre tackling new challenges for a market that really needs a solution.
They are market leaders - there really isn't a legitimate, established competitor in the space.
Cons
The company moves very quickly and demands a lot from everyone. While that produces tangible results, it can be hard. You need to go above and beyond to really be successful, but the company rewards you for doing so.

Thanks for the review! Cross-functional collaboration across time zones is a real challenge these days. We are hoping that the flexibility of our remote & hybrid environment and clarification of ‘core working hours’ will help support even greater collaboration across teams. If you need any help navigating through this, please work with your Manager or HR Business Partner.

Pros
*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered
*Great coworkers
*Lunch for in office workers.
Cons
*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs.
*Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay.
*Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients.
*For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn.
*Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction.
*No 401k match.
