Pros

The interview process was very smooth and was very comfortable. The recruiters has followed up with me frequently regarding my interview rounds. The way they treated me in the office is really good and felt comfortable. The training and work has been good comparatively from other jobs i have worked previously. I'm glad that I'm a part of Reputation.

Cons

Everything has been smooth and have no hard situations to mention as of now.

It can be difficult for cross-department collaboration with everyone being in different time zones.

Thanks for the review! Cross-functional collaboration across time zones is a real challenge these days. We are hoping that the flexibility of our remote & hybrid environment and clarification of ‘core working hours’ will help support even greater collaboration across teams. Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Cons

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
