Pros

Depending on the house, you have a strong bond with your coworkers

Cons

Upper management does not care about their employees. The CEO does not pay employees what they are worth for the job they do. They ignore the wellbeing of the employees. Upper management is very rude to lower level employees.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you've formed strong bonds with your coworkers, as we value the collaborative and supportive environment that our teams create. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding upper management and employee well-being. Your experience is important to us, and we’re committed to fostering a positive and respectful workplace for all employees. Regarding compensation, we’d like to clarify that wages are not determined by the CEO but are instead guided by the State of Minnesota. These wages are established in relation to the specific needs of the individuals we serve. We understand that compensation is a critical issue, and we work within these state guidelines to ensure that our employees are fairly compensated for their valuable work. We take your feedback seriously and are continuously working to improve communication and support across all levels of our organization. We encourage open dialogue and welcome any opportunity to discuss your concerns further to ensure we address these issues effectively. Please contact our Human Resources team to discuss in more detail. Thank you again for your input and for your dedication to your role.

Pros

Working at RTI has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a Waiver Case Manager, I feel truly connected to the organization's mission and values. RTI is genuinely passionate about the work we do and the people we serve. Every day, I see firsthand how committed the entire team is to putting clients first and making a meaningful difference in their lives. I feel fortunate to work alongside such dedicated, compassionate colleagues. The staff here are not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and supportive. My manager is amazing, approachable, encouraging, and truly invested in both my professional growth and personal well-being. Another huge advantage of working at RTI is the excellent work-life balance. I appreciate the flexibility to work remotely, which has allowed me to better balance my personal and professional life. RTI also offers generous PTO, which shows they truly value the well-being of their employees. RTI fosters a positive, mission-focused culture where the work we do feels purposeful and impactful. It's inspiring to be part of an organization that lives its values every day. If you are passionate about helping others and want to be part of a supportive, client-centered team with outstanding flexibility and benefits, RTI is an incredible place to grow your career!

Cons

Working with cases at times with sad pasts.
