RTI utilizes a person-centered approach with its individuals served across all programs. RTI's mission is to assist clients in achieving their utmost independence in the setting that best fits the individual.
Residential Transitions, Inc. is a human services company operating in the Twin Cities Area that opened in 2014. RTI has taken off since first opening, and now offers a number of Home and Community Based and Clinical services to adults who have a mental health diagnosis or disability.
Our company values diversity, growth opportunities, and utilizing a person-centered approach with the individuals we serve. As of right now, 90% of RTI Managers, Directors, Supervisors, and Lead Staff started out at RTI in entry level roles at the company. RTI hosts a number of staff engagement activities and events to bring staff who work at any location together.
RTI is a great place for those who are majoring in or currently working in the fields of Psychology, Social Work, or other Social Services. RTI is now an approved provider of CEUs, and can offer clinically supervised hours towards practicum and licensure. RTI employees have access to clinical supervision hours, as well as the opportunity to obtain CEUs through monthly training sessions provided by RTI!
