Pros

Individual sites are working hard to be successful. There are a lot ambitions, smart and hardworking people at the site level who are working day and night to be successful. It's a great place to learn.

Cons

Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps the strong message but makes it clearer and more professional: --- Cleaned-Up Review: Global leadership is disconnected from the sites, operating in silos while placing blame on them for failing to meet metrics that were never defined or communicated in the first place. Very toxic blame culture at the global level.

Pros

They offer decent pay and the work is easy

Cons

The company is poorly structured, they do not accommodate the manufacturing side of the company, they do not recognize that the employees work 12 hour shifts. Management is poor, they haven't a clue. there is a huge favortism and zero accountability for certain groups. There is only room for advancement if you have friends in higher roles. You are not given any holidays off.
