Benefits, a steady job, a job where not too many biotechs are in area (Alachua)
Cons
The executive board the took over after basically all our leadership resigned is completely on a different planet with what average employees desire and what need to happen since we cannot produce a single lot correctly. Management here has a continuous history of blaming other people besides themselves. Executive resilience leaders have only ever worked in places that don’t require a lot of employee training and make 1 product… not 30+ like we do here 🙄. People are leaving in droves cause it’s a mess that will not be resolved so much so they’re doubling bonuses for people we can recruit 😂.
