Pros

Great job for new grad, will learn a ton in the first year or two. Then you can go somewhere much better.

Cons

Oh boy. Whoever puts "good culture" in their review is obviously a member of leadership trying to falsify the company's reputation. They're TRYING to improve culture (because it's horrible) but they don't lead by example or put any money/effort into it beyond empty words. "Do as I say, not as I do" should be the company mission statement. More specifically: - Zero work like balance. "Fast paced!" Lol terribly scheduled shifts if you're ever on shifts (because not enough staff and PM overpromises on every project) - Pretty bad pay/benefits in general. "Competitive compensation!" Lol don't expect raises. Ever. If they say you're eligible for a bonus, don't expect a bonus. Ever. - One of the worst work cultures I've been in. Being good at your job does not ensure job security (even if you're full-time), and professionalism/competence are not prerequisites for promotion. Bottom line - this is not a long term career option. Do what everyone else does; learn as much as you can and use that experience to find a way better job.

Pros

They offer decent pay and the work is easy

Cons

The company is poorly structured, they do not accommodate the manufacturing side of the company, they do not recognize that the employees work 12 hour shifts. Management is poor, they haven't a clue. there is a huge favortism and zero accountability for certain groups. There is only room for advancement if you have friends in higher roles. You are not given any holidays off.
