Pros

very rarely do you get to work at at a pharma start up that has a vision like Resilience. This place is going to take biotech manufacturing to the next level. Learning a lot and being treated like a leader in Digital has been extremely fruitful. Phenotypes are taken seriously amongst all members of the Digital team.

Cons

Not really any cons, its a startup so make sure you're ready to come work hard. Acquired sites are being taken on quickly and site based leaders must be ready to integrate with global systems, its for the best.

Pros

They offer decent pay and the work is easy

Cons

The company is poorly structured, they do not accommodate the manufacturing side of the company, they do not recognize that the employees work 12 hour shifts. Management is poor, they haven't a clue. there is a huge favortism and zero accountability for certain groups. There is only room for advancement if you have friends in higher roles. You are not given any holidays off.
