Pros

Decent pay, great benefits - unlimited PTO (too bad you can't actually take any time off), pretty awesome health insurance ($20 copay for outpatient surgery), even fertility assistance.

Cons

Resilience continues to gobble up companies too quickly for them to sustain their own growth, leaving them leadership-heavy and struggling. Instead of taking time to learn about their new acquisition's methodologies and the *why* behind those procedures, Corp will immediately start issuing sweeping policy changes despite any advice to the contrary. These actions, not surprisingly, end up chasing out the purchased company's *experienced* upper and middle management teams. Of course, HR blindly promotes whoever they think can fill a management role then won't fill the newly resultant vacancy, leaving departments severely understaffed and struggling to make deadlines. Only for Corp to come in with yet another round of policy changes that somehow always seem to involve more ways to micromanage and monopolize middle-management's already limited time in more pointless meetings. And just to add insult to injury, the executive team has begun to stage regular, company-wide meetings to discuss ways to incentivize employees to stay - but without paying them more. Despite our frequent requests for such. Nothing more motivating than talking about ways the company can spend money on not-bonuses or how we can spend our own money to buy ourselves swag that the company will then profit from.

Pros

They offer decent pay and the work is easy

Cons

The company is poorly structured, they do not accommodate the manufacturing side of the company, they do not recognize that the employees work 12 hour shifts. Management is poor, they haven't a clue. there is a huge favortism and zero accountability for certain groups. There is only room for advancement if you have friends in higher roles. You are not given any holidays off.
