Pros

I really enjoy working for Resilience. My manager and Supervisor take the time to sit me down and ask me what is working and not working. They are interested in helping me grow and helping me outline my goals and seem like they really care. I feel like I can go to them with all my problems. This is a great company to work for and has so much potential for growth. The Team environment is great and everyone works with one another.

Cons

We have a lot of rooms which we can be using for more projects. Would be cool to see all working.

Pros

They offer decent pay and the work is easy

Cons

The company is poorly structured, they do not accommodate the manufacturing side of the company, they do not recognize that the employees work 12 hour shifts. Management is poor, they haven't a clue. there is a huge favortism and zero accountability for certain groups. There is only room for advancement if you have friends in higher roles. You are not given any holidays off.
