A CDMO, worst of its kind - Director Resilience (CA) Employee Review

Terrible leadership. Lack of transparency. Rahul knows numbers, all he cares about is accounting. He is basically an accountant. Not a leader. Doesn’t influence anyone works for him. Resilience is NOT developing technology, but they intend to steal technologies if successful! This a typical CDMO, take orders from clients and do the work for clients. Investing in this is essentially investing in a service company. The company is gradually losing major contracts they initially had and will be in a big trouble in the near future. I would be careful if your are an investor.
