Pros
Site leadership and team were great to work with.
Cons
Corporate strategy was terrible. Executive leadership boasted and boasted about all the funding they had secured, made wild promises and blew money on purchasing “fancy” sites to look cutting edge. They are no me stuck with empty and expensive buildings with no capacity to fill them. There was no push to enroll new capabilities properly. Only a focus on propping it up to be barely functional. There was no investment in technology or business strategy. Business development outright lied about “secured” business and gave away work for free. Comical collapse is the best way to describe this company. Old C-suite was forced out due to blowing money like no tomorrow. New c-suite looks to be one step from ending up in a retirement home. They couldn’t even properly announce a reduction in force. It was a wild ride to watch it all collapse.
