Pros

Retrospectively, none. The staff was impeccable, but they were all from Sanofi Genzyme and 'purchased' along with the beautiful building (which is now empty and up for grabs - probably Harvard will use it as a hotel).

Cons

Too numerous to count (for all you Micro folks, TNTC)

Pros

They offer decent pay and the work is easy

Cons

The company is poorly structured, they do not accommodate the manufacturing side of the company, they do not recognize that the employees work 12 hour shifts. Management is poor, they haven't a clue. there is a huge favortism and zero accountability for certain groups. There is only room for advancement if you have friends in higher roles. You are not given any holidays off.
