Pay and benefits were good

Cons

By far the worst company I ever worked for in my working career. Built a brand new building and got no clients so most everyone laid off. Stayed around hoping they would sell to someone else but that never happened. They ended up filing for bankruptcy. Probably worst business model and leadership team in the pharma business. Constant change of direction and priorities and seemed to have no idea what they were doing.

Pros

They offer decent pay and the work is easy

Cons

The company is poorly structured, they do not accommodate the manufacturing side of the company, they do not recognize that the employees work 12 hour shifts. Management is poor, they haven't a clue. there is a huge favortism and zero accountability for certain groups. There is only room for advancement if you have friends in higher roles. You are not given any holidays off.
