Salary Changes time to time with out any reason. HRs have no proper education. Finance Team is the worst.

Cons

Choosing other company even for lesser salary is wise decision. It is like small pan shop. Management (VPs, Directors) are not well qualified to run the company. Company is becoming worse.

Cons

not really a con but being part of a team that is not afraid of change and innovation is truly inspiring.
