Pros
Easy to get hired. They hired me on the spot.
Cons
- Low pay. - Not up to date with current technology; systems are old. Story time: I just started working here recently. It was my 3rd day working here and true colors were already shown. Highly unorganized people. My position is a front end supervisor, and they were first training me to work the register to learn the system (understandable because I have never seen a system like theirs). They had me opening the store @ 7 am and I was the only cashier there. No one there to train me, and they only other person at that did open and works up front in the managerial office didn’t have a clue on how to help me. So, while customers were piling up (yes, early in the morning), I needed a manager key and code for majority of the items that needed scanning (which is annoying. Imagine yelling “I need a manager” every 5-10 seconds just to scan in an item), I didn’t know how to find items in the book that DID need scanning. While I was opening the store for 3 days straight, the person that was supposed to be training me kept showing up late. This job is a mess. I’m an adult now so I will never leave a job without having something to fall back on, but I will leave as soon as I can!
