Pros

The pay is atleast average.

Cons

By far the worst work environment I’ve ever seen. Employees live in constant fear of being fired. Management uses intimidation and fear to get more work out of their employees. Absolutely no training or mentorship simply because they are so severely understaffed. Constant employee turnover is the norm here, and it makes perfect sense once you see how this place operates. Because of the constant turnover the work load is impossible to complete, your best bet is to give the perception that your work is done and be subservient.

Pros

-Pay was pretty good. - Enjoyed working with co-workers

Cons

There are too many to list but here a few... - Upper management has no sense of direction or leadership. If you ask one question they will come back with multiple different answers. They are just trying to cover themselves and will put the blame on employees below them even though it's their mistakes. - Hostile work environment from upper management based off of intimidation. It's almost a daily occurrence of management yelling at and belittling employees. - High turnover, senior management will get rid of someone in a heart beat even if they are a good employee and have been with the company for a long time. - Workload is too big because departments are always understaffed due to their reactionary firings. - Software that they use is extremely outdated and limited, makes it hard to do your job properly.

Pros

Good Pay, Benefits and in most locations always in need of good, smart and willing to learn/work people.

Cons

Long hours, a huge disconnect between executive and branch level staff. Union staff and sometimes even supervisory staff is a revolving door. The culture and its organizational structure must be evaluated to improve morale, retention and development of all employees.
