The fat cats are the worst. As a Branch MGR They will work you to death and nothing will lever be good enough. There is never enough time or employees to get the store the way they want it and if your inventories aren't good no matter how loyal and hard working you are, you are out the door and then they impose a NDA so you can't work for a competitor. Be very careful they will treat you like a hero one minute and a piece of trash the next. Some very good employees have been tossed out or have left due to the way corporate treats their management even as far as screaming and swearing at the Branch and Regional managers anywhere anytime. NOT A GOD COMPANY they only care about the top people $$$ and treat the people on ground with utter disrespect. Most of their stores are a mess anyway because they won't let managers have enough staff. Pay is great but they will work you to death for it and you will not have a family life at all.
