Junior Buyer - Junior Buyer Restaurant Depot Employee Review

If you are a woman and you are a Junior Buyer or Buyer, you WON'T get the pay you deserve. When I was still working there and fighting for a fair raise, I was told I would make that much if I did overtime. The whole point is to NOT do overtime. Restaurant Depot is a man's world. If you aren't a man, you will never make it. Additionally, they would rather hire Junior Buyers & Buyers from outside of the company instead of promoting from within.
