Poor communication. Management cannot agree upon anything. If you are not part of the inner circle you are treated inferior. Management are self-centered. DO NOT get sick. I had been helping open a store in the Mid-South area. My job assignment was the freezer section. I caught the FLU and had to miss a day of work. I came back the very next day (still sick though). We started stocking the freezer 2 days later. I worked the next 3 days and fell extremely ill. I was running a 103.9 temp. I called in and told them the situation. They strung me along as though it was ok and had already filled my position during my absence. Gee, thanks for the compassion.
