Everything from low starting wages, the rudest and nastiest customers to antiquated equipment and computer systems, impossible work loads and incredibly long hours especially if you're a salaried manager. No respect for their employees who are treated like third world citizens without absolutely no rights, especially down here in Florida. Abused daily by management and customers who once again are the vilest I've ever seen and who get away with wantonly destroying merchandise that they haven't paid for. In all my years in retail, I've never seen anything like it.
